Functional Consultant in charge of implementing PeopleSoft Projects version 7.53 for a large Religious Institution based in Los Angeles, CA.  Implemented solution to facilitate the tracking and analysis of significant construction projects.  Result was better, real time summarization of costs of major construction of Cathedral in Los Angeles. Projects allowed management to learn of projected overruns approximately one week faster than by legacy means. Implemented to integrate with PeopleSoft Budgets, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing and General Ledger.
